FRANKLIN – The Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association announced today the dates and times for this week’s state tournament boys’ and girls’ ice hockey games, with Cape Cod Tech/Cape Cod Academy leading the way.
Cape Tech/Cape Cod Academy is seeded 10th in Division 3 South and will face the 23rd-seeded Attleboro Bombardier boys at 4:00 pm today, Tuesday (Feb. 24) at the Gallo Ice Arena in Bourne.

Tomorrow on the Cape (Wednesday, Feb. 25) boasts this week’s fullest hockey slate, with the 13th-seeded Dennis-Yarmouth boys’ team squaring up against Coyle Cassidy (4) at 8:15 at Gallo.
The Division 2 Martha’s Vineyard girls’ team (13) will face the 20th-seeded Fontbonne Academy girls at 4:15 on the Vineyard (Oak Bluffs) on Wednesday (Feb. 25).
The 8th seeded Falmouth Clipper girls will face the 25th-seeded Algonquin girls at the Falmouth Ice Arena at 7:00 pm also tomorrow night (Wednesday, Feb. 25)
It is possible that the Mashpee/Monomoy Monarchs boys’ co-op team (4) might play on Thursday (Feb. 26) as they received a Division 3 South preliminary round bye and will face the winner of the Somerset/Berkeley (13) vs Holliston (20) game that is tomorrow (Wednesday, Feb. 25) at 5:00 pm in Fall River.
Friday afternoon (Feb. 27), the Barnstable High boys’ team (3) will face archrival Falmouth (14) at 4:00 pm at the Gallo Ice Arena in Bourne, followed at 7:00 pm by the Barnstable girls’ (3) game versus either Lincoln-Sudbury (14) or Marblehead (19) at the Hyannis Youth & Community Center at 7:00 pm.
The Bourne Canalmen boys (8) will face Nantucket (9) in Division 3 South action on Sunday after both teams received a preliminary round bye. The time and venue has yet to be announced but will likely by at Gallo as well.
