Woman Found Not Guilty In Cape Murder Case

BARNSTABLE – A Cape Cod woman accused of a fatal stabbing has been found not guilty by a Barnstable Superior Court jury.

Aneka Brown was charged with the murder of Akeem Drysdale in Harwich on November 7th, 2022.

The incident took place at the old Stone Horse Inn property on Route 28.

Brown claimed it was self-defense against her former partner who was attacking her.
