NORTH TRURO – An Outer Cape beach was closed for about an hour Monday afternoon due to the presence of a great white shark.
Head of the Meadow Beach in North Truro was briefly closed to swimming after the confirmed sighting, according to the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy’s Sharktivity app.
The app provides up-to-day great white shark sightings and alerts and can be downloaded to apple and android devices.
