BARNSATBLE – A Barnstable mansion with a beachfront view has smashed Cape real estate records after selling for over $22 million dollars.
It’s the highest sale price for a single-family home on Cape Cod ever reported, overtaking the previous $20 million sale record for a home in Woods Hole.
The 2012-built, seven-bedroom home has been on the market for about 2 years.
