CHATHAM – A Dennis man faces arraignment today after Chatham police arrested him on breaking and entering charges last night.
Edward Brierly, 24, is accused of breaking in to cars on Main Street shortly before 7 o’clock.
Police say he tried to dispose of the stolen goods in a nearby dumpster.
He faces a number of charges, including two counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, two counts of malicious damage to a motor vehicle, and larceny under $250.
The Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
