HAC Announces Senior Management Promotions

HYANNIS – Housing Assistance Corporation has announced two senior management promotions.

Shawna Moos, of Centerville, has been named the Director of Marketing and Strategic Initiatives, and David Quinn, of Bourne, is the Director of Housing Development and Planning.

Moos will direct HAC’s marketing, advertising and media relations, along with coordinating with community organizations, advocacy groups and legislative affairs staff to ensure the nonprofit’s impact across the Cape and Islands.

She previously served as the Director of Communications for the International Fund for Animal Welfare.

“I’m excited to have this opportunity to support Housing Assistance’s critical mission to develop more housing opportunities for our year-round community,” Moos said.

Quinn has been at HAC since December 2016 and previously served as the agency’s Assistant Director of Housing Development.

He will oversee the agency’s short- and long-term development efforts.

“As someone who has experienced firsthand the difficulties of finding adequate housing on the Cape, I am eager to help Housing Assistance address the need for more housing for our year-round residents,” Quinn said.
