CHATHAM – Honoring service members past, present, and future will be the theme for the Chatham Independence Day Parade.
The parade committee collected ideas from the public and settled on a concept suggested by 9 year old Sam Foley in honor of both his grandfathers, who both live in Chatham and served in the military.
The theme is especially poignant this year because 2019 is the 75th anniversary of D-Day.
