MASHPEE – CapeSpace will be opening a new location in Mashpee Commons.
The company said the second space comes as the answer to a high demand for more locations from Cape businesses.
“One of the places we hear the most about is Mashpee and Falmouth. This is an ideal location that will add to our offerings and make it even more convenient for those in this section of the Cape to work remotely or collaboratively in a shared office space,” said CapeSpace President Robbin Orbison.
CapeSpace is a coworking facility based in Hyannis, offering furnished offices, conference rooms, lounges, equipment, and other business amenities.
The new space is expected to be 3,500 square feet, contain three conference rooms, six private offices, a café for members, and a lounge.
The location is expected to be finished sometime in October and will have a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony.
