The Chart Room
The Chart Room Restaurant opened in 1966 and was originally a barge and is now converted into a restaurant. There is indoor seating and outdoor seating on the covered porch where you can enjoy the sunset over the water with your lobster roll!
The Raw Bar
Do you love large delicious lobster rolls? Well, this is the place to go! The Raw Bar has won numerous awards for their lobster rolls so be sure to stop by when out prowling for lobster rolls!
Chatham Pier Fish Market
Sit by the water with a tasty lobster roll in hand and watch the boats pass by. Once you are done with your sandwich, head out along the docks to watch seals and enjoy the sea breeze.
Brax Landing
Brax Landing offers stunning views over Saquatucket Harbor and serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. Fried seafood is served here as well as burgers and sandwiches. A children’s menu is available so that the whole family can enjoy. Get a lobster roll or another local favorite. Sunday brunch includes dishes like Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise sauce and desserts such as strawberry shortcake.
Baxter’s
Baxter’s is one of the oldest Cape Cod restaurants. It is built entirely over the water and has great views of the harbor activities, including the ferry boats going to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard and local commercial fishing boats unloading their catch. At Baxter’s you can enjoy a piece of Cape Cod’s history and some of the freshest seafood around!
Liam’s
Try their famous onion rings! Fried and grilled seafood, chicken, burgers, lobster rolls, lobster bisque, chowdah, cakes, extra thick shakes and ice cream!

Not only do they have the best view overlooking Hyannis Harbor, but they have great food and delicious lobster rolls, Lobster BLT’s, Lobster sliders with lobster bisque, Bouled Lobster Dinner w/ potato and vegetables for only $25.95
The Lobster Trap in Monument Beach has our favorite lobster roll and a spectacular view of Back River leading out to Buzzards Bay. In fact, we love everything at The Lobster Trap.

Sesuit Harbor Cafe never fails. Great staff, beautiful scenery, and in my opinion #1 lobster roll on the cape.

Arnold’s is the most overrated seafood joint on the Cape. I have never had s meal there that didn’t leave me disappointed.

The RAW BAR in Mashpee at the New Seabury Popponesett Marketplace and Ocean Ave. Hyannis are BEYOND compare. You will ALWAYS return!!!
Captain Frosty’s is the best bang for your buck and they offer two sizes! Totally agree about Sesuit!

Sesuit Harbor Cafe is great…lobster roll is the best…delicious. Tucked away off the beaten path. Lovely setting and beautiful views.
Brax is a great place though I haven’t tried their lobster roll but I’m sure it’s good…nice views of the water…deck sitting.
Arnold’s is overrated…and the waiting is ridiculous in my opinion.
People. Try the Lobster Roll at the Seafood Shanty in Buzzards Bay.

Popponesset Raw Bar is by far and away the best lobster roll anywhere. If u dont agree then youve never had one there
