Pop superstar Meghan Trainor made a surprise visit to her alma mater, Nauset Regional High School today, performing her hits “All About That Bass” and “Lips Are Movin’” for the entire school.
Trainor, who grew up on Nantucket but moved to Eastham to go to Nauset, answered questions from the kids about her career, strummed the ukelele, and posed for dozens of cell phone pics with the star-struck students. She even signed one kid’s cast who crashed the stage (politely) and asked for an autograph on his broken arm!
The visit was a total surprise for the students, who were called into an all-school assembly in the auditorium. Megan was later spotted at the Red Barn in Eastham grabbing a bite to eat.
