HARWICH – Around 3 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, a two car collision sent two people to Cape Cod Hospital with minor injuries. A Toyota SUV reportedly failed to yield at Depot Road West and Route 28 striking a Mitsubishi SUV Sport that ended up on Belmont Road. Harwich Police will reportedly be citing the Toyota driver.
