Report of body in the water at Wequaquet Lake turns up nothing

GOOGLE Earth:

CENTERVILLE – A report of a  body in the water at Wequaquet Lake in Centerville Tuesday night turned out to be false.

The Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Fire Department and Barnstable Police responded  the area just after 8 p.m..

A police drone was launched and a fire boat searched the area. The only thing found was a buoy that looked like a bird and authorities determined there was no one in need of help.
