HARWICH PORT – Fire Chief Norman Clarke Jr. and Police Officer Derek Dutra are seen giving aid to man who was hit by a Mercedes Sedan (background) in front of the Chamber of Commerce building on Route 28 around 3 PM Tuesday afternoon. Harwich Fire and Rescue rushed the victim to Cape Cod Hospital with unknown injuries. Route 28 was closed for sometime for reconstruction of the crash. The driver of the Mercedes remained at the scene.
