HYANNIS – Barnstable Police report that on Thursday shortly after midnight, they executed an arrest warrant at a residence on General Patton Drive in Hyannis. The warrant was issued for the arrest of 20-year-old Delton Stanley Jr. of Hyannis, on a probation violation stemming from an Assault by Firearm case in Barnstable in November of 2017. Stanley allegedly violated terms of his probation and the warrant issued sometime on Wednesday.
Stanley was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Barnstable Police Department where he was booked on the warrant and held pending a court appearance on Thursday.
