WEST YARMOUTH – Sunday morning about 8:30 AM, there was a structure fire at 82 Higgins Crowell Road on the corner of Jay Bird Lane in West Yarmouth Upon arrival smoke was showing and a power line was down across the front lawn. Crews entered the structure and had to open walls to find and then extinguish the fire. Higgins Crowell Road was closed with traffic rerouted in both directions until the scene was cleared, The cause of the fire is under investigation.
