EAST SANDWICH – Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cape Cod in East Sandwich will hold its fifth annual Adaptive Sports Fair next month.
The event is an opportunity for those with disabilities to learn about adaptive sports including cycling, kayaking, golfing, archery, sled hockey and skiing.
The fair, which is free, is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 21.
The purpose of the event is to help those with limitations try new activities or reconnect with sports previously played. The fair is for anyone who may be challenged with balance, dexterity, pain or mobility.
Attendees can try adaptive equipment, watch demonstrations and learn about participation and volunteer opportunities.
