WELLFLEET – The Town of Wellfleet’s Shellfish Advisory Board along with the Shellfish Department will be hosting their annual beach clean-up this weekend.
Fishermen and volunteers will meet at Mayo Beach to collect shellfishing gear such as racks, condos, bags and nets, as well as other trash that has washed up along the shores of the harbor and the bay.
The Clean-up will take place on Saturday, May 12th, from 9 a.m. through 6 p.m. A dumpster will be provided by the DPW.
