On Sunday, May 20 at 2 pm the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History will present The Early Years at Plimoth Plantation with Vicki Oman, Museum Teacher at Plimoth Plantation. What was it like to live here after the Mayflower departed for England? Travel back in time to discover the hardships and triumphs of the first few years in Plymouth with someone who was there! Spend time with Mayflower passenger Goodwife Elizabeth Hopkins (Vicki Oman in costume) as she reflects upon the first seven years of settlement in New England. Enjoy this special “trip” and compelling narrative as Vicki Oman brings to life a woman’s personal experience of this historic period.
