The Brewster Baptist Church Vacation Bible School—from August 6-10 for pre-school to Grade 5—will be reaching for the sky in faith, as youthful curiosity and imaginations soar to the heavens. At the Vacation Bible School Program, called Sky, all things are possible in the Lord as children will participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing captivating songs, play teamwork-building games, create and consume tasty treats, experience electrifying Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them to trust in God, and test the fun, heavenly gizmos they will be taking home to play with all summer. Children at Sky also will be joining an international mission’s effort to end malaria in the African country of Mali by helping to send more than a million mosquito nets to protect Malian children. There are two bible school sessions being offered to choose from. The morning session at Brewster Baptist Church runs from 9 am until noon; the evening session from 5 pm to 7 pm. Family members and friends are encouraged to join in daily for a special time with their children at 11:30 am for the morning session and 6:30 pm for the evening session.
