One Centre Street Inn is an elegant 1824 parsonage with all the amenities of the present, but charm of the past. Situated amongst stately Sea Captains homes and other historic parsonages, One Centre Street is centrally located on Olde Kings Highway (Route 6A) which winds through the Center of Yarmouth Port like a gently meandering river. One Centre Street Inn is a short walk or bike ride to antique shops, fine restaurants, art galleries, great Golf course's, and Gray's beach.

Whatever your reason for visiting Cape Cod, we are committed to making your stay a memorable one, with our outstanding service and our delicious gourmet breakfast.
A short drive from One Centre Street Inn will bring you to the Cape Playhouse, Cape Cod Melody Tent, spectacular whale watching Tours, deep sea fishing, and ferries to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. We are also ideally situated for day trips to Provincetown, Chatham and the National Seashore beaches.
Our five guest rooms are named after prominent people who lived in Yarmouth Port during the 1800's. The are uniquely decorated in historic colors, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
Thatcher Suite - this large elegant two room suite is perfect for newlyweds or older guests requiring a first floor. Queen Size Bed, plush, thick comforter and lace curtains. The private sitting room has a cozy queen size sleeper sofa with working fireplace and TV. This room has a Private Bath with shower. Cable TV/VCR, CD Player clock radio, iron/board, hairdryer, AC, and refrigerator in room.
Brewster Room - a guest favorite, Full size Antique Pine Bed with plush comforter, Pine Furnishings, and Oriental rug. This bright and cheery room is decorated with a nautical flair. Cable TV/VCR, CD player clock radio, iron/board, hairdryer, air conditioning and refrigerator in room. This room shares a bathroom with the Phillips room.
Phillips Room - an Elegant Room completely done in Historic colors of Muted Gold and Reds. Large room with Full Size Mahogany Poster Bed and Day Bed that converts from one to two Twin Beds or one King Size Bed. Great for families. Cable TV/VCR, CD player clock radio, iron/board, hairdryer, air conditioning and refrigerator in room. This room has a Private Entrance to the bathroom shared with the Brewster.
Cogswell Room - small intimate room Elegantly decorated in an English Garden theme, with Queen Size Iron Bed and plush comforter. This room is secluded and provides a Private Bath with Bathtub and Shower. Cable TV/VCR, CD player clock radio, iron/board, hairdryer, and air conditioning in room.
Doane Room - named after the original owner of the Home in 1824. This large Elegant Room is done in Historic colors of Royal Blue and Gold. King Size Bed, plush, thick comforter, silk drapes, with a Greek flair. This room has a large Private Bath with Shower. Cable TV/VCR, CD player clock radio, iron/board, hairdryer, air conditioning and refrigerator in room.
